Ind LIG House in Velachery TNHB Colony
Hi Friends,
Need your opinion on the locality and price of a Velachery TNHB Colony, LIG House. Its an Independant house on 1050sqft land, 6+yrs old house of 1500sqft built. Asking price is 58L. What would be reasonable price of this property? How is the locality in terms of safety, accessibility, schools? Thanks in advance for your valuable comments.
