Anyone booked in IndiaBulls - Greens project.

I am interested in this as the location was good and got the broucher with the the quote of 3200 /sqft. They say the project would start by Jan or Feb 2010 and handover date will be July 2011.

Anyone has the real state of this project and pros/cons of this project ..

Folks .. No one booked any flats in here ? .. Do they have so much of drawbacks ?

Any info would help me on this property ..

Hi, I have booked a flat in IndiaBulls. The sqft rate offered was 3000. The approach, location etc are very good.
Have anyone else booked here?
