Lancor Abode Valley Potheri GST Road
I am a newbie here. I am presently selling off a flat that belongs to us at Perambur. We are trying to re-invest that proceeds at a different location and have seen a few places like, Jain Om Nagar at Sriperumbudur, Lancor Abode Valley at Potheri, plots in and around Kanchipuram (rates varying from 250 to 495 per sft depending on location), and looks like the Lancor project is the best bet. I am seeking advice on the potential of this property and on how "clean" this project of Lancor is? What I mean is, are all papers in order, any reasons not to buy, or if anyone here has booked any apartment there? HELP! - Balaji R |
