Dear Forum Members,
In my recent inquiry, i found the land near Mugaiyur, Vadapattinam are quoting 200-250 Rs per sqft.
The promotors are quoting proxmity to Mudaliarkuppam, Marg Swarnabhoomi etc.. and also ECR is set to expand to 4 lanes.
Please let me know if the land their is worth so much. (5lacs per ground) and whether these developments are really going to happen. Any guidance from this senior forum will be much appreciated.

You can buy land anywhere between Marg Swarnabhoomi and Midway Restaurants and Resorts.

I would prefer buying near Midway Resturants and resorts

I bought a couple of acres of land behind Midway Restaurant and Resorts for 5L/acre back in late 2005.

Midway Resorts situated in Nolambur on ECR road. Its exactly 45Kms from Mahabalipuram and 45Kms from Pondi.

I was told that the price went up to 40L/acres back in 2008. Honestly that price is very very high. I would not buy any more land in this area until the price comes back to 10L/acres.

Strong, by changing your views and exposing that you are a RE operator (businessman or whatever) you have shown that you had vested interest in a fall last year and maybe you are now invested and so have turned bullish. IN SIMPLE WHATEVER YOU SAY SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS NOT USEFUL FOR OTHERS AND IS SAID TO MEET YOUR AVARACIOUS WANTS. So I hope folks will know what you say is likely to be UNTRUE VERY OFTEN.
