Where in OMR,It is a long road covering many suburbs.
Even with in suburbs there is price difference based on many factors. Take Thorapakkam for example,Chandrasekar Nagar & Balamurugan Gardens are over 1c per Ground,In the same Thorapakkam Behind DB Jain collage is around 45L. So be specific. |

It is better not to own 1000 sq.ft land in OMR, you will only end up having tension and sleepless nights.
There are lots of other places in Chennai where land and good infrastructure is available. Why don't you try those locations. |
