Hi,

I am looking to buy 1 grd in Nungambakkam close to Good Shepherd convent. Would build a house in 1-2 yrs time.

Direct owners please email me the details. I am a direct buyer. Will pay in white after document verification.

Realtors/Agents please do not contact. Not interested in dealing with brokers.
