elsewhere in the same forum there is an older thread and we have discussed about the same project ie Jeayam your dreams. Check out the thread and you can find out the increase in rates within a span of approx 1 year. This is the very reason why I recommend even second sale purchases.. It is a good investment !

I have checked up the thread and the rate quoted was 4500/- per sq.ft (10.10.2010)Subsequently Nats had posted that they are desperate to book flats and were quoting 4250/- nego. Now it is 6000/- per sqft. I passed through that area last week and they is some activity going on including flex banner !

I enquired with Jeayams & VIP the current rate being quoted for 'Your Dreams - Ph 2' on the IRR is Rs 5700/- p sq. ft. but, don't know if they're good/decent builders who can be relied upon.

Does any one have any ideas?

I hope they're not like Land Marvel (who get money for one project & invest that in a different one)!
