Hi All,

I am looking to buy an independent villa in the Tambaram-Velachery stretch. My requirement would be of size anywhere between 1000 sqft to 1200 sqft and my budget is around 35L to 40L. Please let me know for any reputed builders/projects in a decent location.

In case you are still looking for Villa, I saw on Hindu that LCS ANugraha near Adinath Avenue vengaivasal has 1 freed up due to customers bank loan issues. I personally liked LCS' Villa as it is not that far for main road, the shortest route is 1.5 km approx. Budget I guess is 68 L all inclusive.
