The plot is for my own use and I am planning for construction on it (of course, upon finalizing the plot) in 1-2 years time.

Looking forward to some good proposals from owners and not brokers or agents.

It is a good developing area.

Since the plot is meant for my home, I have in my mind Medavakkam and its near by areas like Selaiyur, Madambakkam, Sittalapakkam, Ottiyambakkam, Arasankalani and Karanai.

But not sure whether the budget I have is sufficient.

Any general feedback will also be appreciated.

Dear Raja,
In Madambakkam, Selaiyur area rates are very high.
Even in Venagivasal, half ground costs around 30-35L.

I guess you meant CMDA approved plots. But I am willing to consider plots in unapproved layouts too.

I would be interested to know what is current price for unapproved plots in Sithalapakkam and its nearby areas.
