Hello
Has anyone dealt with Mahidhara projects?. I am looking at Mahidhara Central before Sriperumpudhur. Cost is Rs699 per sqft plus Corpus Maintenance and Registration. Is it worth investing? thanks in advance |

hi sarath: we have paid 4 lacs as advance for 3 plots in 9 th sector in mahidhara central in the month of DEC.2011. but till today they have been keeping registeration pending saying that GPA is not ready. we are trying to get back our money. so be cautious

i too booked plot in sector 9. They are delaying the registration saying GPA is pending. Has anyone visited the site recently? How is the work progress? I booked the plots just for faciliities they have planned in the layout. If they didnt complete the facilties on time with good quality everyone should avoid their next project. I ll update everyone in this forum. Lets wait and watch...

I have booked a plot too and got the photocopy of the documents for my verification and i am yet to verify, from what I remember it was also having the GPA document. Any updates with u guys with registration? I am planning to pay the remaining amount after I confirm the verification document.
Regarding the site, ye, it pretty much was looking like the work has been going on for a long time.. but cudnt say when it might get over.. and also they need to demolish their office and the temporary building for workers. |

I went to see the Mahidhara Central Location and the cost per Sq ft is coming upto Rs 750 . The place is 4 km from the Bangalore hwy and I am not sure how long it is is going to take to develop in this area as it is very interior from the Highway.
I have also looked at other plots on the Muddur highway which is more closer to Sriperumbudur SEZ locations and Bangalore Highway selling for Rs 500 /sq ft for DTCP Approved plots and Unapproved Plots selling for Rs 300 / Sq ft. In my opinion I think there is a lot of hype and marketing with Mahidhara and the appreciation value potential is questionable because one can find better value for plots at a much lower cost closer to the highway. Unlike OMR, there are plenty of plots closer to the Sriperumbudur because of land availability. |
