Recently myself and 6my friends, who have booked in the project met their Manager Mr. Zahir. He showed the receipt they paid for the approval and he assured that they will start the work by January and they will complete the project as soon as possible. He also assured no further changes in the prices for the people, who booked at the time of launching. He also said any one who don’t want to wait can cancel the booking and get the advance back, but paying 50k or 5 lacs is not a matter he wants to give us a quality house which I came to know from his conversation.

When I booked the project for Rs.2500 per sqft but know its Rs.3300 per sqft, we got Rs.800/- as appreciation. I am very much glad on the appreciation. In few months of time I will get in to my new villa in 10Downing Street.
It’s not fair enough to ask the builder to complete the project by just paying 50k.

All 180 clients are the beneficiary, I feel pity for the 20 clients who cancelled the project and got their refund. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Manju Foundation, if any clarifications pls feel free to contact me

First of all, I am just a common man who has the dream like everyone to buy a home and lead a happy life.

As we have mixed feelings about this project.. I request you to reply to my following questions as we need to lead with examples for others who has the same dream.

1) When I have booked a flat in 10 D in the month of April 2010, Knowing the truth, Why did ZAheer told me that this project will start in 2 months..??

2) How can the great mr.sheshadri there ask me that I should pay the balance amount immediately ( apart from the loan amount) to go ahead with the registration???

3) When I cancel the project, how can they say they will return the advance only after 3 months...Especially when the problem is with them and not with me..

4) How can they promote the property when they don’t have clarity and proper papers on the issues…is this professionalism? Do u believe?

Why did you book it without verifying the papers?

5) What proof do you have for booking the house apart from the note book
receipt?
Why did you accept just receipt?

6) Have you ever got any reply from them on their letter head or to your email id?
( excuse me.. I am not saying they are cheating us.. but they are not professionals and not transparent enough to tell the customers that they have problem with the property and don’t want advance now????? All they need the advance money for whatever happens..

7) I am afraid an feel pity for the money which you have locked in with this project… I pray to god that you should get the money if the project don’t get started..hard earned money…

8) You have mentioned that zaheer confirmed the project will start in the month of Jan 2011. We are in the month of April 2011…. I don’t know the status now but having experienced the way manju foundation works, I can tell everyone that this project is not started….But I request Mr.Venkatesh and Nikhil to kindly reply as whether the project is started and what is the current status????

We are educated and professionals and should not misguide people, just bse we have been made fools…. If the project is started already, I heartily wish 180 customers who booked ( I wonder if someone can believe that 180 customers have booked and waited for more than 1.4 years for the project to start) and manju foundations also.

If the project is already started, I give open apologies to manju foundation as I am not against anybody.
