Thumbs up

Today i talk to the manager of Manju foundation and he clarified that it does not fall under the the area of airport expansion. He said that already they have got the NOC for the same. Also when i referred google map it also refers the same...that is there is a distance of around .5 km for the proposed PSBB school porur which is right back of the proposed airport expansion. So when PSBB has started construction means hopefully there should not be any problem.

I am also interested in this project of manju foundation. If any one have more information please share with us.

Regards.

Hi,
Thanks for the informations. I would like to the prospects of lending on rent. I am planning to purchase one complete semi independent house of 650+850 sq.ft and lend it on rent. I am purchasing it only for investment purpose. If i purchase an independent house of 1300 sq.ft then i may find it difficult to lend it on rent.

Request comments for the co-members and experts ....

Regards,

Hi

Manju Foundation is charging 2500/- per sq ft. Also they are not providing many amenities. They are telling that within 10 months time, they will complete the work.

Therefore, can we rely on this builder. There is no much information on Internet about this builders. Their online site is a crap. They have done only one project in Tambaram. Not sure if they completed within stipulated time.

Anyone who knows about this builders, please contribute your comments. Is it feasbile to book a villa with this builders?

Yesterday i had a talk with Manager and also saw the airport expansion areas. AAI has made a fence around the lands which are being acquired for airport expansion which will be around 2 kms from the plots of manju foundations.
