hi guys, Last year, I booked a flat for 3600 Rs/SQ.feet at OMR built by mantri. i could see that the prices have dropped considerably and they are giving for 2800 rs/sq.feet now. They are still yet to finish the construction which would be by Dec 2009. When we approached them, they were firm that we cannot cancel the contract. If needed, we can take legal action against them.

I am looking for people who are in my situation who are either looking to take legal action or people who have already taken legal action.

Is there any association being formed to fight against Mantri. If so please let me know.
