Almighty,

I have read all the conversations between you and others.
You are such a pain man..When you cannot guide people in a proper way..just keep your ass out of it

Exactly. This guy is crazy and never guided anyone from his message. He has to go out of the forum instead of filling it with useless junks.

The forum will be useless after sometime because of these guys.

regards
Sundar

Curious if the two fingers accusing me guided the person. As for me I have guided the person clearly. Buying forest land or land close to it is harakari. Even a dumn ass would have understood that from my earlier message. Incidentally looks like this Sundar guy has some personal interest in promoting some property around. Be careful with him!

Gentlemen,

Please recognize this is a forum.
1. Each of us has an opinion and/or view and that's all it is... (an opinion/view).
2. You have the option to agree or disagree (but do it respectfully).
3. We are all from different walks of life, it would be boring if we all thought and acted alike.
4. Every opinion or view is bound to be different or same as yours.

In support of Almighty, he is not shy to voice his opinion. I rather hear his opinion than not hear from him at all. He does give us an answer in his replies, you just have to look for it. He recognizes the wolves in sheeps clothing trying to sell us apts/land in far off places. If it was not for almighty I might have fallen for some of their ploys as I suspect many others would have. He has helped with clearing up doubts with many issues from getting approvals to pointing out good localities to even calculating square footage and land values.
I am a regular junkie to this forum if I may say so and I want to personally thank almighty for all his comments/views. To me they are invaluable. Keep up the good work almighty and don't mind the occassional slap in the face. I guess that comes with the territory

Ferrous_1,

I second your answer. Some of the answers of Almighty might appear rude to someone, but he gives valuable straight forward answers. I am looking into this Chennai forum for > 1.5 yrs and he (Nat) for sure is a valuable contributor.
Look at this example - un approved land near Forest and he gave his opinion which is right in my view. It might be blunt but still valuable for the money parked in unapproved........
