Need information on ETA Star project near Mannur
Hi,
I am looking for information on the ETA Star's Le Chalet project. I am interested in this project (near Saveetha Medical college) and would like to know the pros and cons before proceeding with investing. Does this project from ETA star have enough benefits worth investing - they quoted around 26L for a plot of size 800 sq.ft (duplex semi-independent unit. construction) ? I noticed the project using hollow blocks - how good is a construction with hollow blocks against one with solid bricks/blocks ? Can you give your suggestions. Thanks |
