Default Neelangarai,Kapaleeswarar Ngr- is it advisable

Hi,

I would like to buy a plot of one ground in Kapaleeswarar Nagar, Neelangarai, I would like to know the prevailing rate for two categories i.e within 500 mtrs and beyond 500 mtrs.

Also please suggest is it advisable to buy in this area purely for investment purpose.

Thanks

Suresh

Default Neelangarai, Kapaleeswarar Ngr

Hi,

There is no reply for this posting.

When I last visited this area in March 2010 there are lot of constructions going on especially in Kapaleeswarar Nagar.

I came to know that the prevailing rate of ground is around 1C to 1.3C and wondering whether this is the correct rate as the area is far from city.

Please advice me.

Regards,
Suresh

Default

In Neelangarai,Kapaleeswarar Ngr, the rates are between 1-1.3 as you mentioned. Rates are high as it has direct access to beach, has a upper-middle class community and good ground water.
