Default New airport shelved

The green field airport is shelved,so members detroit and other projects quoting the airport USP should be overlooked.

this applies to most proposals of new roads, cities, financial cities etc.the growth here should be taken with a pinch of salt.

the 400 ORR is an example which was proposed 10 years back and is still on paper.

the pallavaram thoriapakkam road is still not connected to GST since the formation of road 8 yrs back........etc.

if you need to invest invest where social infra is already in place.this is for low risk takers,if u have a huge appetite for risk then .....

And the next one.

I was expecting something of this kind, after visiting Fair Pro 10, to increase Chennai RE.

It's wise to Invest in places where you got Infrastructure, Connectivity and other facilities that exist when you are buying, rather than in Paper.
