New construction office
hello everyone
I and my dad are interested to start a construction office in kanchipuram about 70km from chennai....My dad is experienced in the contracting field abroad..But he has not carried out any works here...I cannot ask the costs of construction alongwith the specifications to a builder here.. So we are confused how to start with... So can anyone pls suggest us how to start with???? I need to know about registration of firm,the split of the construction cost...the cost of construction we heard here as RS.950/- per Sft. but not sure as to wat quality of materials to be used..... |

Hi
It depends on many factors. You can prepare the complete structural plan, other material details (which brand of iron, cemet etc) and right combinations (where to use M20, M15 etc) and get quote from different builders. As you have prior experience, with existing market rate on raw materials you can always get an rough estimate. Prefer builders who are near your construction area as transport cost will be also significant (70 km from city). Last edited by smartboy; 29-06-09 at 02:00 PM. |
