Old Flats Rate in Virugambakkam - Need Help
Hi,
I am offered an old flat (15 years) in virugambakkam (680 sft) for 25 lakhs. i am not sure what is the resale flats rate in this area, and not sure whether it is wise to buy a 15yr old flat.. need help..! |
