Hi All,
We have a 1500sqft site. The road width is approx. 30ft. We are planning to construct G+2 floors wherein Ground floor is divided into two halves - 1st half 1BHK house and 2nd half Car parking. Floor 1 - One 2BHK house Floor 2 - One 2BHK house. Is this allowed as per CMA/CMDA/Panchayat norms? If the road width is 20ft. will this still be allowed? If this is not possible, then is Stilt+2 floor possible wherein Stilt floor - Car parking first floor - two units of 1BHK second floor - two units of 1BHK Is this allowed as per CMA/CMDA/Panchayat norms? Are there any restrictions on number of dwelling units? BR, vsathish |
