Default Plan Approval cost in chennai

Hi,
I am planning to build Residensial Apartment in 2400 sq.ft Vacant land with built up area Approx 4000 Sq.ft. G +2. Can Anyone able to tell me how much it will cost to get Plan Approval.

Dear friend,

If I am not wrong, one can build in 2400 sq. ft. land, only G+1 ?

Hi
I have seen few builder design which is constructed in 2400 sq.ft with G +2 they build Ground - 2 unit , first floor 3 unit & 2nd floor just 1 unit and open tarrace. Maybe this style is possible. Any input from builders or brokers would be much appreciatable.

Land size does not necessarily restrict building height. Road width does!

i found out if road width is only 20 ft then i am allowed to build only G+1 only.

Default FSI in Chennai

Hi all,

I think in city limits whatever we have discussed is right. But outside cmda Limits (in suburbs) more FSI is allowed. Please correct me.
