Hi,
One of my friends owns a house in Chennai which he bought and is around 30 years old.Another which has been built in the year 2003 . But both of them dont have the building plan approved. Now since he is about to sell it , he needs a plan approval to run the sale smoother and to enable the buyer to arrange for a loan. Is it possible to get a plan approval for an existing building? If yes, what are the procedures and whom should he get in touch for the same? Thank you in advance. -sgv |
