Promoters review required - Indian Real Estate Forum

Please share your experience with these promoters on their reliability, documents produced, litigation issues, commitment in thier promises, quality of their service etc.

1. Landroyals - Ashok Nagar, Chennai
2. Accord Housing / City Square - Anna Nagar, Chennai
3. VIP Housing - Numgambakkam, Chennai

Please share your views.

1. Never heard!

Out of curiosity went through their website. This is what I gather:
2. Has a lot of graphic images of new proposals, with no real pictures of any completed projects.
3. Lists several projects, being executed by different (small) builders.
4. Not a single project by VIP housing themselves.

Looks like a marketing agency of sort for several smaller builders. The small builders are again unheard of! I wonder where the responsibility lies - say you have complaints or queries about the construction, whom do you talk to? I didn't even waste my time going through the projects in detail. Give it a miss, unless you're looking for ways to dump counterfeit currency.

Accord housing is a group of City squares who have developed NRI first city,NRI centre city etc at Sriperumbudur region

I know about this. Did they do well in the previous projects that they launched. Are there any complaints / issues on that?
