purvankara-provident cosmos city -siruseri-advise needed
Hi!
Im interested in purvankara-provident cosmos city -siruseri- where they are quoting a 1062 sq ft flat with 810 sq ft built up area for a 3 bed room flat with a uncovered car park to Rs.20 lac. they just launched the project. I spoke to them, they said they have already so approx 700 flats. no reduction in price even when i said will book two flats.. price doesnt include wood work for wardrobes or any other woodwork other than the doors. The project is just launched and construction would complete in 2011 by mar as per plan ( i think it may deviate). They are building 3 bed room 2 Toilets flats, they would be small rooms, Can any one advise on the builder, price, would be a good investment? |
