Hi -
I have an offer to buy a DTCP approved plot in Kayarambedu near Guduvanchery. Can someone tell me what the current price in this location. I have been quoted 450/sqft, i think i can negotiate to 425. Thx |

1. If your location is before the Karyambedu junction, then the rate (400 or 425) is very good to buy. But, also, check how far it is from the main road( Guduvanchery to Tiruporur road)
2. If your location is Karayambedu Junction to Power Grid road, then the rate was 350 (6 months ago) 3. If your location is on the way to Karambedu to Pandur , then the rate was 400 (6 months ago, quoted by wisdom properties ). |

What are the developments around Rabindranath Tagore Nagar? I alwo own some plots there, but I was unable to locate them, when I went there last year. |

I bought this land in 1993, when RT NAGAR entire area surrounding Tropical agro farmas , was either barren or agri land, now following develoments i see that makes me feel happy....
1. POWER GRID CORPORATION JUST 2 KMS FROM THIS PLACE 2. TAMIL NADU POLICE HOUSING COLONY JUST 2 KMS FROM THIS PLACE 3. MEDO PHARMA ...PHARMA COMPANY JUST 1 KM FROM HERE 4. ABOUT 15 NEWS HOUSE COMING UP JUST IN THE ENTRANCE AREA SPREAD 5. THE LAND OPPOSITE TO TROPICAL AGRO FARMS NOW BEING TAKEN OVER BY SATYA SAI HOSPITALS FOR A PROPOSED MEDICAL COLLEGE AND MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL...THIS MAY TAKE 2 TO 4 YRS TO FRUCTIFY, DEPENDING ON THE SPEED WITH WHICH THEY MAY PROGRESS. 6. I ALSO HEAR THAT IA IS PLANNING A RESIDENTIAL COLONY AROUND THERE. 7. Is it worth invest in plot in Asthinapuram (before Kalvay) in Guduvanchery-Tiruporur highway? Plot is about 500 ft from the the G-T highway.
price Rs.400 per sq.ft. Sournding houses are there. |
