man, let me inform my friend if you are interested. By would you mind if its not available in august end, since i had asked you almost a month back. With aadi month ending in this weekend, lets see if we can get it still in august end.

Haha, the bear is telling that a plot will be sold out after aadi. Anand, realise that this Contra is trying to pass out some silly piece of land to you at high prices. The way he is trying to incite you saying that his land may not last till august end shows his chameleonic background.
Anand, better be careful with Contra. You will be better off even with a Chatara who may have only an imaginary land!

This post is especially for you only.

In Dinathanthi every sundays some brokers are giving advts. These people are in the business of buying and selling plots. Some persons are specially concentrating in Thiruninravur area.

The reason is : Availability of land at very cheaper rate. Increasing number of frustrated sellers.

The heart of suburban chennai ie., Thiruninravur Annai indra nagar, These brokers are able to purchase plots for just rs.250 per sft. In turn they are selling these plots for Rs. 300 or 350.

In every transaction they saw a profit of atleast Rs.1 lakh.

Ithu Eppadi Irukku? Without realising the fact, you are boasting that your imaginary plot in thiruninravur will fetch you 65 lakhs.
