Dear friend,

None will fill up and even of a few who may do it, the location will not give the real/useful detail. Location will have many streets, lanes and these streets and lanes also will have specific places/points/junctions where the price/rate will vary very much. For example, Camp road in Tambaram east stretches to few kilometers and the prices are different at camp road junction (higher) and further to the end ( lower). Nearness to Raliway station, bus terminus, main road, bus stand, good schools/hospitals/shopping/market areas as well as water logging issues etc. as well as the quality of construction, age of construction, parking facility, the standing of the builder etc. etc. also play a major role in the prices/rates.

where everyone is buying viz tambaram velachery etc......... as
a guideline.
