Regd Plan approval
Hi Members,
I'm owning a land of 1 grnd in siruseri, OMR. I plan to construct a residential flat (slit + 2 floors). The building plan comes to around 3300 sq.ft. I approached the local panchayat office however they said only upto 2000 Sq.ft the have rights to give approval. The land is located on 20 feet road on one side and other side road is 30 feet wide. Please let me know how to get approval for my plan. Regards Karthick RaJa |
