Rent for a Doshi Nivedita flat, Royapuram - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,
How much is the rent that I can expect for a double bedroom flat(1015 sq.ft) in Doshi Nivedita, Royapuram, Chennai? A relative of mine has just taken over the recently completed apartment and wants to rent it.

Hi,

North Madras doesnot fetch a very good rental, may be your relative can expect the range between 7k - 10k.

I am also trying to rent my 3 BHK apartment in the Royapuram area. I firmly believe with Rajaji Salai and Parrys in close vicinity, the rents should not be in the range of 13-15k atleast.

Does anybody whats the cost of a new build flat in Royapuram?
