Its 2BHK-907.25 Sqft, Tower-B, 7th Floor.

I have paid more than 21 Lakhs as per the construction schedule.

Price which they quote is quite nominal compared to the projects lauched at southern suburbs Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, shollinganallur, Urapakkam, Perungalathur etc.,

Yes I agree with braveman. And also this is the first high rise building in this area.
All near by places have only independent houses or 2-3 floor small apartments.

My guess is, Soon we can expect VGN to come up with a high rise building next to this project, but for sure in the higher price range.

I am not able to locate kanidigai sipcot,thiruvallur in the map. But above link will locate you the santha towers. You can get direction from that place and find the distance.
