Did you find any online group for Santha Tower Owners?
When did you last visit the site? any progress and will be they deliver on time by July?

Hi Lakshmanan,

I did not see any online forum for Santha Towers. Last week I called a company offial. I was told that 10th floor roofing was completed and finishing work is in progress. They have completed the land registration for my apartment last month and expecting the delivery of the apartment by end of May-2012.

Haja,

I visited the site last friday and I see the 10th floor roof completed and side wall plastering also completed from outside till 4th floor,.

For me delivery is mentioned as 1st week of july. Looks like they keep changing the delivery date. Will see when they give it

This project seem to be good compare to the locality. its on the state highway. This area is growing fast. Seem to be good investment place in my view. Will see

Hi

We have booked the flat on sunday.

I too see the same progress as mentioned by haja.

We were informed that amenities would be ready only by end of 2013.

so we can expect the entire complete picture only by 2014.

It would be great if we get our towerB by June or July.

Please share your view frequently.

My view is the entire project can be completed only by mid of 2015

Tower 2 (currently with 10 floor): By end of 2012
Tower 3 (with 1bhk): By end of 2013
Tower 1 (i think only 3bhk): By end of 2014
Amenities and Front Shopping Mall: By end of 2015

But this is totally my view

Will be really happy if they complete in advance
