Hey Guys .. i am planning to sell a plot in nandivaram area next to intimate fashion which is exactly 2 km from GST.i have been holding this plot for many decades. it is just two plots down from the main road (GST to Thiruporur road).only direct buyers do reply pls.

Hi,
Though guduvanchery is a nice place with good soil, water at 20ft depth... I think the brokers have stepped up the hype to keep the prices high ! 2 years back there was a rumour that big firms like Saravana stores etc have acquired land for setting up shops... but it just remains as a rumour.
The place will develop only if people construct houses and just not restrict themselves to investing in this area ! Due to rising construction costs this may not materialise in the near future !

Did u purchased land or still looking for it? for ur information there is no CMDA approved plot in guvanchery as it does not fall under city limit.

Hello Everybody

I am new to this forum . I am looking for a plot in Guduvancherry to thiruporur road side.
Heard from many people that it is going to be a next good development area with lot of big apartments and projects coming in this area.

Kindly advice about some more developments which are coming up here....is it good idea to invest in ??

My friends have got some plots in and around intimate fashions.
