Pls. note that the rate someone quoting around Rs.1400 per sqft is too high..you can get between Rs.600 to Rs.800 per sqft near perumattunallur ..its about 4 kms from GST. I have seen some plots around Rs.600 , which the areas will suit for construction in another 1 or 2 years.

So pls. do a personnel visit their and enquire the rate as place you want.

I need a plot near by bus root...Do you know any contact number who can help me to buy a plot? I have visited many times in kayarambedu and seen the plot but it was not suitable my requirement. Please help me do you have any broker number?

I got some layout in perumattunallur,kannivakkam & kayarambedu with the price limit between Rs.500 to Rs.600 per sqft from brokers & real estates and i am going to finalize after the pongal.. I don't know their reputation.. once i finished i will give you their details.

Friends pls. do more visit there & you can identify many plots for these price ranges & some brokers are misleading the sellers to increase the price exorbitant level.

Also pls. re-check there was a talk about road widening in nellikuppam road.

Two weeks back i had visited this area. I looked for two sites but I didn't find any good brokers as they are quoting more price/sq.ft bcos of Shriram Sankari. Thats why I asked help from this forum.
