I have booked a flat from Stepsstone Promoters P ltd. in thier Harine Project
at Varadharajapuram, Chennai.

Initially it was Rs.2400/- per sq. ft.

Now they are quoting Rs.2700/- per sq.ft

Is it near/ bac side of Kishkintha?

The project is near PTC quarters bus stop on Mudichur Manimangalam Road (take right at Attai company bus stop) approximately 7 k.m from Tambaram.
The rate they are quoting is Rs.2690/- per sq. ft.
