Subdivision of Existing Plot with Building Construction by Original Owner
There is a case,
Where a part of the Plot (Chennai-Corporation) was sold by the original owner. And me being the purchaser.
The part purchased by me is Vacant, And the part retained by the original owner is already constructed.
Now I am planning to go for a Proposal, which requires sub-division from the Corporation for sanction of building plan which i am planning to construct.
What is the procedure.
From sources I learned that the Subdivision should be approached by both the parties.
And the constructed Building should be demolished, if the same was not constructed as per plan.
In this case the building in the part retained by the original owner is not constructed as per plan.
This is the problem / issue being faced.
What should be the next step
