Suggestion required. - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all,

I am a new member to this forum and i feel that this forum is an excellent platform for folks like me who are away from motherland and do not have any clear idea on where to invest. I want to purchase a house (any type) for around 35L (+/- 10%) and it is purely for investment purpose. I am confused in selecting the location to invest. In my preferences i have OMR, PORUR, AMBATTUR and SRIPERUMBUDUR but not able to take decision. I request fellow members to share their suggestions/advise.

Dear Suresh,why cant you try Prince Residenzia at Sriperambadur..It is a fast developing area and this appt is located on the main road

Dear friend,

If the idea is to invest only ten buying a plot of land would be a better idea .While buying a house you tend to pay for the huge profit taken by the builder which is not worthwhile if you are not planning to stay in the said house.
