Sundarbans Jain Construction/VGN nolumber - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear Friends,

I hv seen some of the properties in property exhibition. Is it worth to buy a property in Nolumber for 3500/per sq ft. Kindly advice me on this.

Gentlemen,
I had been to this nolumbur many a times. It is one of most unorganized place i have seen in chennai. It turns into water kingdom during monsoon. Rs.3500/- to endure this agony seems not worth the deal. I suggest you stay off from this area.

Stay away from jains unless you want to go through the mental agony.

Please do not book/buy from Jain Housing. These are the reasons:
1. Very poor quality construction
2. Huge delays- Jains Inseli park padur delayed by more than 3 years, Jain Sudarsana Rajakilpakkam Tamabram delayed by more than 2 years and the list is not ending
3. Very very bad customer service
4.Amenties not delivered as promised
5.Pricing gimmick- there is a clause to increase price at their will, they will ask for extra money while handing over keys
6. Absolutely hopelese - overall in terms of losing hard earned money.
7.Most important please contact recently completed projects like 2 or 3 years old and visit the site and you understand how poor or bad quality of construction can be done.Even walls are not straight,buildings not even white washed even for first time..so pathetic
