Is it available in this cost in the areas like padapai to oragadam. my budget is 150 to 250 per sqft. So need information like area details, price... and which is better for my budget and which time to buy because of the current RE markets situation.

tambaram mudichur road is quite a long strech.the prices range from 800/sqft to 2000/sq ft for residential properties till parvathypuram any ways you will get plots not less than 500/sqft in proper residential localities on this stretch.there is one old layout called rayappa nagar in which plots are available at 350-450/sqft

Pls share your opinion on CTO Colony in Mudichur Road, Tambaram. Is it advisable to buy land/house in this area. Any acquisition problems due to ORR? And, Growth prospects? what will be a best deal (rate psqft.) in this area??

I am thinking of buying a plot in Varadharajapuram near Mudichur before TMG college. It is located on Tambram Sriperumbudur road before Manimanagalam. Distance from Tambaram railway station to plot is 7 kms. Distance from Mudichur road junction is 2 kms. Seller is asking for Rs 550/SQFT. Do you guys think this price is reasonable for this location? Your opinion would help me in making the decision. Thanks in advance.

I feel the rate Rs. 550/sq.ft for Manimangalam is a bit high - the area has a narrow road access and full of irrigation lands (i am not sure of your plot location) around Dhanalakshmi engg. college.
