Exclamation Tax component for Housing loan

Hello ppl,

Please post your comments on the recent talks happening in Finance Ministry regarding stopping of tax waving for house loan and leving flat tax component on your income.

Your suggession and view are welcome.

Based on this tax waiving, will the real estate industry will have significant business income low or stagnant or rise high?

Thumbs down

Definitely a big blow, not just for the RE industry but for the salaried millions too. Read somewhere that they are trying to propose it only after 2 yrs - FY 2011 - 2012.

So, one will end up paying EMI for 50K and IT for 15K. Well done, Congress!!! What a way to milk the cow that is already giving you lots of milk?
