Hello all,

need your urgent advice. Im registering on friday,
Found a 2038 sq ft plot a bit skewed near
L&T colony /dlf it park/ manapakkam,

Location is fantastic and has connectivity till L&T Colony.

After that the plot is some 700 mts and the road is
u know just sand/gravel.

Im buying from a builder who had purchased 8000 sqft
which he is subdividing and selling. 3 plots sold.

The documents look fine and EC is fine. CMDA approval
for the 8000 sq ft and the road is available.


There was one word in the old patta that worries me
saying one side there was Porambokke Vaikkol.

Which did not pop up in later stuff and the builder tell me
they have taken approval from CMDA for use for ROAD.

pLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING I NEED TO
WORRY ABOUT.

should i get a surveyor to survrvey.? indiivdually?
