good properties are hard to come by
Dear friends,
Iam in agreement with the comments of Gone_mad and Nabishek. However, it must be said that good properties are hard to come by during the best of times.If one is able to identify a good property which meets one's requirements within the budget,then it is better not to wait for a possible stabilisation of prices in the future. regards unlikely |
