Dear All

I have a 3 BR flat at Vandalur park apartments, on the GST Road . behind the flat is the urapkkam railway station.

The flat is currently fetching a Rental value of Rs.10/- per month.

The current going rate is 3450 per square feet , which the builder is quoting and giving a discount of rs.100 to 150.

Iam planning to sell this flat, i have also done basic wood work worth 1 lac.

What is the sellig price over there , can i get a decent price of Around 2850 to 2900 /- atleast in today trend .

Pls advise for sale - i want to sell this before December 2009.

Hi Venkatesan,

What is the sq.ft area and which block ur house is located? Do you have all the taxes receipt which needs to be paid to government?

iam in c block . EB card is to be transferred to my name (Transfer application pending ).

Property tax not yet paid till now. SInce the project is not fully completed.
