Hi Friends,
I'm planning to purchase a plot in VGN Mahalakshmi Nagar in Tiruverkadu. It's located 100 metres away from the right side of poonamalee high road going towards Tiruverkadu temple and 6 kms from koyampedu bus terminus. Also half a KM from this site is vanagaram area, where we have two massive apartments in construction by Golden Treasure and Sky City. They are quoting Rs. 3000/sq.ft for the flats.
VGN is quoting 40L for their plots in Mahalakshmi Nagar. They confirms that the plot value will highly appreciate once the butterfly bridge construction is over(connecting maduravayal & tambaram). I checked up the plot rates near the tiruverkadu temple and it is 25L per ground.
I personally like this plot because it is somewhat centrally located between chennai city and sriperumbudhur. Just half a KM Also Ambattur,mogapair,anna nagar & ashok nagar are easily approchable from this site.
I welcome your valuable comments/advice about purchasing this plot.
