Wanted to know the rate of DTCP approved plots nearby Tambaram
Dear friends,
I am planning to buy 2400sq.ft DTCP approved plot with a maximum budget of 7L to 8L at any of the following locations a) Urapakkam b) Guduvanchery c) Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road d) Ponmar e) Potheri The plot should be within 2Kms to 3Kms distance from the main road and it should have a clear title. I want to know the rate/sqft (or) rate/ground in the above mentioned localities. Can anyone give me the rough price details and whether it is worth to purchase a plot in the above mentioned areas. |
