I was looking out to buy a flat in DLF Garden City. I came to know that there is not going to be any borewells and no RO plant. The water supply will ONLY be municpal corporation water which the government has promised to supply to the township. I was also told that such an agreement is done between government and DLF. This raises so many questions and doubts regarding water availablity for more than 3000 appartments. Does anyone have a better clarity on this. If so , please share it.

If there are no borewells then you can buy land in Arabia instead! So much for fools buying concrete jungles in Chennai. Very soon only independant house owners will have water.
