If you had 30Lacs with you and wanted to invest in real estate,Chennai. What would you pick?

a. Residential Apt - City limits? Can you get for 30L

b. Residential Apt - Outside city limits
c. Residential Plot
d. Commercial Shop/Godown
e. Commercial Land
f. Farm House

Really appreciate if you can justify your choice and also the localities that you would prefer.

Most of your options are impossible with 30L. Option b and option C (outside city limits) are only possible. Personally I would go for C.
