On a serious note I wish to know how someone could purchase at such huge sum? When will they clear the bank loan will they have funds to manage daytoday and emmergency expenses? Mind bogling... Over 200000 dollars''',are there real buyers around? could someone honestly explan. Thanks.

thats only INR1.0XCr (1500*7000) . a usualy scene of DLF high end lxary products that used to sell completly in a day during the boom time. I am sure if the facilities are good and material used is good there might be many takers for the property u are refering to.
