Various Taxes by Govt and Charges Levied by Builders ? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Can someone please help to prepare a list of taxes by govt and miscellaneous charges leveid by builder on total cost of property ..

eg:- say someone buys a flat for 1 crore . This will be just the purchase price paid for super built up area . Now what additions will be made on this ??

What comes to my mind are below, If I have forgotten please add ..

1) Stamp Duty

2) Registeration Charges

3) VAT

4) Service Tax .. Is this applicable ??

5) Brokerage .. If any .. If buying direct from builder then this should not be there ..

6) Most builders I think take 2 years maintenance in advance ??

7) Club charges

8) Parking charges .. Do they include this in cost of purchase or do builders charge seperately for this ??

Have I missed anything ?? In short what should be the amount of the flat after paying the above ?

My query is regarding notification of 1% VAT on property sale agreements. I have purchased a resale property (in year 2011), which is constructed back in 1994. So my question is do I need to pay mentioned 1% VAT. Please advise..
