I am looking for 2BHK flat with balcony in trans yamuna, East Delhi (prefebaly in vihars). My budget is around 30-35lakhs. If anyone has good Idea, please reply.

looking for a property in vihar in east delhi 2BHK for Rs 30-35 L is not possible but if you can go towards ghaziabd it is possible

You can't get 2BHK in this budget in Vihars but can try in colonies/nagars. In vihars most of the plots are 150 sqyd and above and they prefer to make 3BHK's than 2BHK therefore if someone has made any 2BHK (by dividing the plot in two) it sells like hot cake.
The irony is that 2BHK is costlier as compared to 3BHK or 4BHK as its meant for end user.
