Buying a flat in Vasundra Enclave - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi friends,

I have shortlisted one flat in Vasundhra Enclave for buying. I want to have opinion/suggestions from forum regarding few things...

Cost is around 1.25 C for 3BHK with servent with 4 bath, is it justified?
What are the further steps... I need to sell a property to chip in money for it, I need to take home loan too. Should the advanced be paid after deciding about the sale of my property and securing a loan?
Should the title of the property be checked by a lawyer or is it okay to do it on own?
Any other suggestion from forum.
